1) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and PayNow. Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars.
2) Help I lost the PayNow info!

Orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours if no payment is received.
3) What local shipping options are available?
From 1 January 2021, changes have been made to our local shipping options.
We will only offer tracked shipping via Smartpac to your letterbox at a flat rate of $4.
(Smartpac is a small $2 more than normal shipping but is worth it for the peace of mind with the tracking.)
We give free tracked shipping to your letterbox when you spend more than $60.
Next day delivery is available at $20. Orders need to be in by 3pm to qualify for next day.
This will be fulfilled by Grab Express and is doorstep delivery. Orders after 3pm will be considered next day order and will be delivered two days later.
4) Can I track my order?
A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has been shipped.
5) How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your orders. In addition, delivery via Smartpac will take 2-3 business days.
6) Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! We have shipped to Australia, France and Malaysia.
Shipping to Malaysia is at a flat rate of $8.
For other countries that are not listed on the checkout page, please drop us a message at contact link for a postage quotation before placing an order.
7) Is the pink box available for purchase?
A Bijoux pink box is provided with every purchase of Bijoux pieces unless otherwise stated in the product page.
Sample pieces will come with the pink pouch only.
Petite pieces will come as it is - without box and pouch.
8) What happens if I received a damaged/faulty product?
We put all of our products through a stringent quality control test before they leave our hands. We want to ensure that they arrive to you in pristine condition.
In the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, drop us a message at the contact link within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will help you with a refund or an exchange.
9) Is my personal information safe?
We will take care to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with.
When you place an order or access your account information, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorised use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that third party business partners to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.
10) Do you offer bulk buys?
We give discounts for orders above 15 pieces - drop us a message at contact link.
11) Will you restock OOS items?
In general, there will NO restock on all brooches as we like to keep our style fresh and fashion forward.
We hope to continue to stock our signature ٣٣ tasbih bracelets and ٩٩ tasbihs in white freshwater pearls, but may discontinue other colours depending on demand.
